What you'll do

Meet with homeowners to inspect roofing, window, siding, and exterior damage

Educate customers on restoration options and guide them through the insurance process

Provide accurate estimates and clear proposals

Maintain relationships from initial visit through project completion

Collaborate with project managers and installation crews to ensure quality service

Track leads, appointments, and follow-ups in our CRM

What we're looking for

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated with a desire to earn based on performance

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Comfortable working outdoors and visiting residential properties

Sales experience is a plus, but not required — we train the right people

Integrity, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
